Monthly Service Agreements* 1-5 Macs (8hr) start at £300.00/mo + VAT
Monthly Service Agreements* 6-12 Macs (16hr) start at £500.00/mo + VAT
One-to-one 1/2 Day on site training sessions start at £175.00/4hr + VAT
No fault technical support visits to your location - if Knack4Macs cannot solve your technical support issue(s) and only the manufacturer can solve your problem, there is a flat call out charge: £20.00 + VAT

*Annual or Monthly Service Agreements are available based on several issues:

  • Number of Macs
  • Location
  • Network Type
  • Services required (upgrades, annual maintenance, service calls, telephone support).

NB: There is an education discount for schools.
